Short, and in plain words. The section that matters most is the second one: what these numbers are, and what they are not.
1. Agreement
These terms are between you and ZanCo Technologies, of which Z30 Labs is a division. Using this site or the app at app.z30labs.com means accepting them. If you do not accept them, do not use either.
2. What the numbers are, and what they are not
Everything here is analysis, not advice. The Fantasy Premier League recommendations are the output of a statistical model working from historical data. They are an argument, shown with the reasoning and the uncertainty attached, and they are frequently wrong. The site's own backtest is published and currently says the optimiser finishes behind the crowd in three of four seasons. We would rather you knew that than found out.
Where odds appear, they are recorded as market prices — never as a tip. Nothing here is an inducement to bet, a prediction offered for betting, or gambling advice. If you gamble, you do so on your own judgement and at your own risk. Help is available at BeGambleAware.
The data comes from third parties and is not warranted accurate. Match data, prices and ownership come from public feeds that are themselves sometimes wrong, late or revised. The app shows where every number came from and how complete the coverage is precisely so you can judge it, rather than trusting it.

3. Your account
Accounts are for one person and are currently by invitation. Keep your GitHub sign-in secure; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
4. What you may and may not do
You may use the app for your own analysis, including commercially.
You may not:
- bulk-extract or redistribute the underlying data. The export controls are there for your own work; the licensing position on several of the upstream feeds is unresolved, which is exactly why redistribution is not yours to grant;
- share an account, or try to reach a tier you have not paid for;
- attack the service — including using the query console to try to read files, reach the network, write data or exhaust the machine;
- use it to break the law, or to build something that does.
5. Who owns what
The software, the models, the written guides and the presentation are ours. The underlying football data is not: it belongs to the parties we source it from, and your use of it is subject to their terms as well as these. Club badges and competition marks are licensed properties and are deliberately not used anywhere on this site or in the app.
Anything you write — a saved view's title and note, a query — stays yours. We store it to give it back to you and for no other purpose.
6. Payment
Paid tiers are not yet switched on. When they are, payment is taken by Stripe, prices are shown before you commit, subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time with access continuing to the end of the paid period. Statutory rights to a refund are unaffected by anything here.
7. Availability
This is a small service on one machine and there is no uptime promise. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or because an upstream feed is down. Features may change or be withdrawn.
8. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that: the service is provided as it is, without warranty that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for any decision you take on the basis of what you read here — including any Fantasy Premier League decision and any bet. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Ending it
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
11. Changes
If these change materially, the date at the top changes and account holders are told. Every previous version is in the public history of this site's repository.
